Well I must say that we have been super busy this month and I seriously can't believe that it is almost JUNE!! At times it seems like it has been all work and no play around here, but I guess we have been doing what we can to have some fun as a family too!
When we first moved to our house it was coming up on the winter months, therefore we held off on any landscaping until this spring. So needless to say, we have been working on several BIG projects and most of our spare time has been spent. Some of our projects have been: Putting in a sprinkler system, installing a vinyl fence, weeding, mowing grass, planting a flower bed, laying a little sod, and preparing to add a retaining wall in the back of our yard (so we will have a place to grow a few things), we are trying to get ready to hydro-seed our back yard so we want to have most of it ready first, we also have a square corner that we are going to make a sand box for the kids, eventually!! I think we have spent too much time (and a good chunk of money) at Lowes and Home Depot lately, but there have been a lot of home improvements, I just can't wait to see the end results and I have a hard time being patient (I just want it all done now so we can start enjoying the warm weather and BBQ Season! It has been fun working on our landscaping but I just want grass to play/walk on with no shoes soon!)

Mckay is in the yard working on our retaining wall. I'll have to take more pictures when it is finally completed! Don't mind all those lovely weeds (that has been my project- in between 3 kids that is).

Hear is our front flower bed and part of the vinyl fence. The front is just about done, we only need to plant a tree.

Taylor has been busy growing and becoming more active and attentive. He smiles a lot and is such a pleasant baby.
Payton took this shot of McKenzie and me...not too bad for a 3+ /almost 4 year old!

Payton has also been soaking up the sun and enjoying a dip in the pool several times a day!
He is signed up for Swimming Lessons
and can't wait!
He is like a fish and will dive completely under the water for several seconds at a time.
Below he is holding his Frog boots that he found at the DI, which happens to be one of his favorite places to look for toys (you never know what you will find) we also found that small slide there!!

McKenzie and Payton have been great friends lately. They have been playing/laughing together a lot lately and I love to see them being BUDDIES!
I think they need to work on being more natural for the camera though :)!

The kids all dressed in PJ's and ready to relax while we watch a movie and eat pizza on the "Couch Bed" (an inflatable mattress). This is one of our favorite things to do as a family and the kids go wild when we bring out the "Couch Bed" as they call it! They both will throw themselves off the couch and land on the the mattress (well most of the time). Payton has also taught himself to do some flip tricks from the couch to the mattress. It is pretty funny to watch them both get so excited and riled up.

Batman vs Princess (aka best buds)!
Payton and McKenzie both love to dress the part. Payton is all boy and Kenzie is totally girly!
She hates it when I have to change her out of her nightgown and throws a little fit, but get so happy again at night when she gets to put her "Jammies" back on! She has been talking so much lately, the other day Mckay and I both heard her say "I prince aah" (I'm a princess)! In church when the hymns play she starts singing La La La really loud, but I don't mind and neither do the people around us, or so it seems! I love being a Mom!
