Decking the Halls 2017

It is that time of year again!  Time to decorate for the Christmas Season, we all love this time of year!

Thanksgiving 2017

This Thanksgiving we stayed in Montana.

Pie Making With the Kids

This year the kids helped me make different pies and I think we have found some of our absolute favorites!

Brielle helped me make a Pioneer Woman Chocolate Pie...rich and creamy!

McKenzie helped me make this delicious Lemon Truffle Pie.

Turned out beautiful!

Veteran's Day Program and Time with Gavin

The kids usually have a small Veteran's Day program honoring those who have served our country.

Gavin and I try to spend some time together learning new things.  He seems to enjoy our time!

Sledding at the Cabin

The kids enjoy being in the outdoors and played hard together while we were working on the new cabin.  We did pause for some fun sledding!

Bird Hunting

Mckay and Payton both got bird tags this year.  It has been a little hard to find the time to go as it seems like we have something every weekend.

One morning the boys bundled up and headed out hunting.  I think they had a good time but...

it also happened to be super cold!

Another winter tradition at our house is enjoying some Australian roots, as we eat Tim Tams Slams.
