This year we planned a trip to visit family in the fall. It was nice to be back in that area during the fall season. Things were still green and leaves were still on the trees. Harvest was in full swing and the weather was still mostly nice.
It was sure nice to reunite all of the cousins again
The Adrian Elementary was having a Halloween carnival and the kids were happy to dress up and go to the festivities. It was funny introducing my 5th grade teacher to my now 5th grade daughter!
Frosting sugar cookies with family was on our to do list.
The kids love to do this around Halloween!
Looks delicious Payton!
Taylor laying on the sugar.
Brielle's and McKenzie's finished cookies.
Gavin is ready to take a bite too!
Good times!
Another thing on our to do list was to go to the Meridian Temple open house. It was opening day and we were excited to see inside this beautiful Temple!

Families are Forever!
Everyone in my entire family was able to be there and that was especially a treat!
It was a special day!
Families are such a blessing.
After finishing up at the temple we grabbed lunch.
The kids soaked in as much time with each other as possible.
Fun times.
We are getting to be a pretty large group.
We wouldn't have it any other way!
After lunch we went back to Cynthia and Dean's to chance our clothes. These guys had some BLUE and ORANGE to get into for the big BSU game. This is Taylor's first time attending a Boise State game and these guys were so excited (another perk of our visit in the fall).
Gavin was getting pretty tired since we were on the go constantly and he just crashed for a bit.
Braxton and Gavin squeezing in a little nap while the girls shopped at Erin's.
Then we met up with more of my family at Sherry's while others were at the football game.
These kids were great at going with the flow.
We were trying to keep them all together as much as possible before having to say our goodbyes.
Tucker kept referring to Gavin as his brother this trip. It was hilarious and heartwarming!

Trying to get a picture of the 3 little boys proved to be a challenge.
These 3 were more cooperative.
Cute girls!
Sweet buddies!
Gavin was in heaven playing with my mom's large Buzz from when Daniel was young.
It was fun to see it being used again!
Meanwhile back on the BSU campus the guys were taking a sneak peak of the basketball players before the football game.
They felt right at home in the sea of orange and blue!
Going to meet some of the players.
Payton couldn't believe the size of some of their hands.
Looks like they are having a good time.
Now over to the stadium for some football, it was a rainy evening but that didn't slow down these guys.
A dream come true!
Fun experience for these Montana die hard BSU fans!
Priceless!

It was a trip jam packed with fun activities and family times. It always going by so quickly and leaves us longing for our next get-togethers!
