Taylor Won a Cool Bike!

We have been participating in the summer reading programs through the local libraries (Fairfield and Choteau both run their programs in different ways and it has been fun to keep reading this summer).  With Fairfield the older kids kept track of their reading minutes each time they read.  We were out of town during the drawing and were thrilled when we heard that Taylor had won!

The bishop brought it by one afternoon and it made Taylor's day.  It is a sweet bike and Taylor will need to grow into it a bit but it will sure be loved.

Our Swensen Reunion At the Cabin

We have been spending a lot of time going up to the cabin to do work and get things ready for the upcoming reunions...it seams like it is the summer of reunions.  This time we headed for the cabin for some FUN!

We took Brielle and Gavin on a ride, it is such a favorite thing to do.

We ventured out to a new lake called Storm lake, to see about the fishing and explore around.

Gavin loves the great outdoors.

Taylor seems to be growing up and changing more and more.  He also loves being outside and exploring.

Fishing is something Kenzie enjoys.

Payton will always be found with with a pole in his hands if there is fishing to be done.

We had a great time and the kids played so hard every day.  Family time is the best time!

The Smith Reunion

Sarah and Dick hosted the Smith Reunion this year.  It was good to get together with family and let the young kids all get to know each other and play together.

Brielle liked playing in the little pool and going down the slide.

Gavin thought it was great watching all of the kids go down the slip-n-slide.
