New Years Eve 2014

Time to celebrate and reflect back on the previous year!
Silly Brielle, has been loving having her siblings home during the holidays.

We headed to Swensen's that evening for a party to kick off the New Year, eat some yummy food, and play some games with family and friends.  It was a great time!
The kids must have been running themselves like crazy because they began crashing before it even turned midnight!  They are so precious when they are sleeping.
Mckay, Gavin, and Brielle chilling together.
Social Taylor did get into the games a bit!
McKenzie was getting ready to call it a night!
This past year has brought our family numerous wonderful blessings.  A new healthy baby boy, a beautiful home, healthy kids just to name a few!

On Christmas Break

We love days off!!  They are usually much needed and it is so nice to forget a schedule for the day and focus on doing things together (pretty important too if you ask me).
I can never get enough time snuggling this sweet boy!
I wasn't feeling well one of those days, but thankfully bounced back quickly.
The kids received a packaged from Grandma and Grandpa with some beanie babies (a tradition my Grandma Bryson started and the kids love getting their stuffed animals) and some popcorn.
It was a pleasant surprise, who doesn't love getting mail?!
Gavin has been growing like a weed!
He is so sweet and all smiles!!
He loves his hands!  Looking good and ready for the BSU Fiesta Bowl game.
GO BSU!
Look at those long eyelashes!  We sure do love this sweet little guy!

Merry Christmas (2014)

Christmas is HERE!  This is such a magical time of year!!
These sweet kids definitely make it memorable.
Their excitement is contagious.
It is extra special having a newborn to bring us even more JOY!
Time to dig into those stalkings.
Rocking sweet little Gavin.
We love Christmas morning.
Taylor was thrilled to finally be able to open presents.
Payton is already playing with a set of knights and battle things both boys got.
I'm sure it will make for hours of fun.
Brielle has been such a Princess lately and absolutely loves to dress the part.  It only made sense that she got some dress up things for Christmas.
Sweet memories.
It is so great seeing the excitement on each of their faces.
What?!  A new football!!  Look at that happy kid!
Kenzie loves her new slippers from Taylor.
If you couldn't tell!
Payton is such a sweet boy.
An art set for our little crafter.
Some new toys and clothes for Baby Gavin.
McKenzie has been wanting this doll for quite some time.
They boys were curious to know what was in this large present??
...It was an arcade like basketball hoop (I think this thing is going to be worth it's weight in GOLD!)
Gavin is such a sweet baby and is so easy going.
We love him to pieces!!
Just hanging out at the grandparents in his new clothes.
We love the Christmas Season so much...it is rather bittersweet when it comes to an end!

Christmas Eve

I love Christmas Eve!  It is full of excitement, family time, and anticipation.
We joined at Swensen's house for their traditional dinner of seafood.  The kids were excited for this fancy dinner and the chance to open a present in the evening.
Around the table.
Time to eat (Gavin is in the background).
More pics.
Complete with sparkling cider!
It was a great time and the kids were even liking the seafood!

After dinner, we spent some time opening a few presents from Grandpa and Grandma, then we watched a few Christmas messages together.  What a great evening!
The kids gathered to open presents.
Gavin was such a happy little guy.
Relaxing on Daddy.
I wanted to snap a picture of our new house all decked out while it was snowing.
We love our home sweet home!

Then it was time to say farewell to our Elf, Christopher...this tends to be a moment when a few tears are shed.  The kids sure do love him!
Sending Christopher back to the North Pole.
I love this picture (Brielle adored this elf and looking for him throughout the house was a highlight of the kids' day).
Kenzie bids farewell.
Payton, saying see ya next year!
Taylor loves this elf too.
Gavin was oblivious to it all this year, but I thought it would be fun to snap a picture for him to look at as he grows older each Christmas Season.
Now the kids are all snug in their beds and the anticipation of Santa coming is almost more than they can take...we love it!!
